Plan Limits
- One included annual health visit per paid membership year
- Specialty testing, destructive inspection and repairs are not included
- Additional visits and specialized services are quoted separately
Renewal
- Auto-renews on the selected monthly or annual billing interval until cancelled
- Annual visit expires at the end of the active membership year if unused
Cancellation
- Cancel future renewal at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period
- No partial-period refund after the annual inspection has been performed, except where required by law
Failed Payment Handling
- Payment retry sequence begins automatically when billing is connected
- Benefits may be paused after 14 days unpaid
- Membership may be cancelled after 30 days unpaid
Recurring online payment activation is completed in the Stripe subscription phase. Until then, Smart Start confirms the plan scope before enrollment.
