Plan Limits
- One included annual plan visit per paid membership year
- Repairs, sealing, treatment chemicals, major debris removal and specialty access are not included
- Any work outside the included visit is quoted before authorization
Renewal
- Auto-renews on the selected monthly or annual billing interval until cancelled
- Included annual visit must be used during the active membership year and does not roll over
Cancellation
- Cancel future renewal at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period
- No partial-period refund after an included service has been performed, except where required by law
Failed Payment Handling
- Payment retry sequence begins automatically when billing is connected
- Benefits may be paused after 14 days unpaid
- Membership may be cancelled after 30 days unpaid

Important scope limits
The plan does not include roof repair, sealing, waterproofing, automatic rejuvenation treatment, a leak warranty or a remaining-life guarantee.
Conditions can change after the visit, and inaccessible or concealed components cannot be represented as observed. The report should be read together with the signed agreement, the client’s own records and any specialist information requested as a result of the findings.
