Provide the complete address, the exact task to be completed, access instructions, the authorized contact, and any proof, photo, timing or delivery requirements. Identify gates, keys, lockboxes, occupants, pets, utilities, hazards and other restrictions before the visit.

The published starting price for Construction Progress Reports is $225. The property address, requested scope, and access conditions are confirmed before the appointment is accepted. Specialized, unusually large or complex properties may require address review or a manual quote where noted.
