Relationship Data & Privacy

How Smart Start protects contact, source, permission, relationship, suppression, and audit information.

Private relationship records

Smart Start owns the business relationship data; the software layer remains separate.

Private by design

Contacts, campaigns, recipient queues, tasks, sequences, and audit records are nonpublic and excluded from public search, archives, navigation, and REST enumeration.

Defined ownership

Smart Start Home Inspections LLC is the business-data owner. InspectorsOS is the software owner. Tenant and ownership fields are recorded on the private objects.

Auditable changes

Preference changes, queue blocks, approvals, contact creation, import activity, and relationship updates can create private audit events.

Data minimization

Only relationship information needed for service, permission, follow-up, and suppression should be retained.

  • Source and verification details
  • Audience and relationship stage
  • Relevant contact and organization fields
  • Permission and communication preferences
  • Bounce, suppression, and do-not-contact state
  • Assignment, notes, follow-up, and audit history

Smart Start relationships

Direct communication, relevant follow-up, and clear permission controls.
