Roof Rejuvenation
Some aging asphalt-shingle roofs may still have useful life left but show the drying and loss of flexibility that comes with years of weathering. Rejuvenation is a preservation option for roofs that are still physically sound enough to qualify.
We start with the roof, not the treatment. If the roof needs repair, has widespread failure, or is not compatible with the approved treatment system, we say so.
The first step is a 5 Roof Preservation Assessment. Treatment is offered only after the roof and all service requirements qualify.
