What to include
- Your name and email address.
- The company or order connected to the request, if any.
- The type of request: access, correction, deletion, unsubscribe, or another privacy question.
- Any page, form, or order reference that helps locate the record.
Limits
Some information may need to be kept for billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute, or operational reasons.
