This page explains the basic billing and refund position for Smart Start Home Inspections OS purchases.

Price

The public offer is shown during checkout. Current product pages may show Smart Start Home Inspections OS at $499. If a subscription gateway is enabled later, renewal terms will be shown at checkout before payment.

Payment providers

Payments are processed through WooCommerce and the connected payment provider. PayPal or another active gateway may appear during checkout.

Refund requests

Refund requests should be sent through the Contact or Support page with the order email, order number if available, and a short explanation.

Setup work and delivered services

Some work may begin after checkout, including setup review, website planning, domain help, support, or account configuration. Refund eligibility may depend on whether paid work has started, whether a digital product or service has been delivered, and the payment provider’s rules.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails, duplicates, or appears incorrect, contact support with the order email and payment timestamp so the order can be reviewed.

No guarantee of third-party approvals

Smart Start can help with website, domain, Google, payment, and business system setup, but third-party approvals, domain availability, payment gateway approval, Google profile status, and account decisions are controlled by those third parties.
