Smart Start does not use hidden kickbacks, undisclosed incentives, fabricated endorsements, or referral arrangements that compromise inspection independence. Any compensation or benefit must be lawful, documented, and disclosed where required.
No hidden kickbacks
No payment, gift, discount, credit, or other benefit is promised unless the arrangement has been reviewed for applicable legal, contract, licensing, and disclosure requirements.
Permission-aware referrals
Partners should not submit private consumer information unless the person expects or permits the referral.
Honest attribution
Referral sources may be tracked for service and relationship reporting without publishing private customer information.
No exclusivity by default
A partner application or referral does not create exclusivity, minimum volume, or guaranteed acceptance.
